Hello, I’m Diane. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Health and Wellness Professionals, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal growth. I use a client-centred approach and follow the needs and goals that emerge through our conversations. My work integrates modalities including somatic approaches, EMDR, mindfulness, clinical hypnosis, expressive arts, and nature-based therapies to support healing and emotional integration.

My greatest resources are musical theatre and gardening, and if I had my way, life would be a musical where we break into song and dance randomly and all city land would be planted with community fruit trees.
