Pronouns (he/him)
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, even if things seem fine on the outside. Perhaps you’re navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, identity questions, or the ongoing impact of past experiences. You might be longing for clarity, steadiness, or a way to move forward with intention. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and instigate meaningful change.
I am an Associate Therapist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, offering low-cost, supervised therapy through Counselling For All. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. My aim is to create a space that feels safe, attuned, and genuine, where curiosity is encouraged and therapy doesn’t feel heavy all the time. While we work with difficult emotions and experiences, I believe moments of lightness and connection are an important part of healing. My work is trauma-informed and draws from emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) partswork, and existential and humanistic approaches. Sessions are paced thoughtfully, guided by your needs, and shaped by respect for your experiences and goals.
I believe therapy is a space for growth, self-compassion and understanding, and a re-engagement with life. My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, clearer about their needs, and better able to move forward towards a more authentic life. I offer the support and space for your story to be told, helping you understand what your emotions are asking of you. Healing takes time, effort, and the right support. Meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported, understood, and sometimes gently challenged.
I enjoy working with clients of all genders, ages, and backgrounds, as I value the diversity and experience that people bring to the therapy space. I strive to offer an inclusive, culturally responsive environment where clients feel seen, understood, and supported, regardless of identity or life stage. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, ageing, relationship and transitional difficulties, identity shifts, intimate partner violence, and post-traumatic stress.
Associate Therapist Fee
Clients often come to me feeling stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected from a sense of purpose. Together, we will work to uncover inner strengths, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels better aligned with your personal values and goals. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or reconnection with what brings you joy, my role is to walk alongside you with honesty, empathy, and care.
I’m a classically trained DJ, and I even make a brief appearance in a Spice Girls video.
