Born and raised in Vancouver, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and am completing my master’s degree in counselling psychology at Yorkville University.
My path into counselling is deeply personal. Through navigating challenging chapters in my own life, I came to understand the value of having a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic space. These experiences inspired my commitment to ensuring that others do not have to carry their struggles alone.
I support later adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, avoidance, life transitions, and questions of identity, purpose, and belonging. My hope is to be a grounded and empathetic companion as you build a more resilient relationship with your mental health.
Grounded · Empathetic · Curious · Non-judgmental · Collaborative
My approach is integrative and person-centred, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life.
I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and existential approaches to help clients move toward a meaningful life, even when difficult emotions or circumstances are present. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems and mindfulness-based practices, creating space to explore different parts of your experience with compassion rather than judgment.
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9 AM–4 PM PT
Friday and Saturday: 10 AM–3 PM PT
In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, playing acoustic guitar, gaming, and attempting to catch up on my ever-growing reading list.
