Meet

Iyanna Ramjit

I’m a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student with a background in behavioural science, offering a warm, supportive space for individuals navigating life’s challenges. I take a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, where you can feel heard, understood, and respected without judgment. My work is shaped by my experience supporting individuals with autism, mental health concerns, and life transitions, and I am deeply inspired by the resilience people show even in difficult moments. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I would feel honoured to walk alongside you as you move toward growth and healing.

My path into counselling has been shaped by meaningful experiences supporting individuals through emotional distress, developmental differences, and major life changes. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to empathy, inclusivity, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be their authentic selves. I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen and supported.

My Therapeutic Approach

I strive to create a space that feels safe, calm, and non-judgmental. My work is guided by empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity about your experience. I focus on meeting you where you are, while supporting you in building confidence, insight, and meaningful change at your own pace.

Population that I prefer working with

I feel especially connected to working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also have a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and dual diagnoses. I welcome anyone who feels aligned with my approach.
