My belief is that everyone deserves wellness, and I hope to help clients develop the self-love and resilience they need to lead purposeful lives.
I have over 20 years of experience working with older adults, people living with physical and intellectual disabilities, neurodivergent people, and members of the LQBTQIA+ community.
I offer a non-judgemental space where you can be heard, respected, and supported as we navigate your challenges.
I specialize in working with trauma using a body-centered approach to healing. Using breathwork, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, clients can regulate their emotions, navigate daily stressors, and unpack painful and traumatic events.
Everyone is welcome though I specialize in working with people with a trauma background including physical and sexual violence, and other forms of abuse, LGBTQIA+ people, and neurodivergent people
