Hello! My name is Jaden Epplette, and I am an Associate Counsellor currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I believe that positive change begins with a strong sense of collaboration with emphasis on a client-centered approach which meets an individual where they are at, free from any sense of judgement.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from BYU–Hawaii, which sparked my passion for mental health and understanding human behavior. Over the years, I’ve gained experience working with individuals in various settings, including schools, outreach programs, and private care.
Whether you’re seeking support to address anxiety, disruptive thought patterns, relationship difficulties, or simply navigating transitions within your life, I am here to listen and work with you to foster positive personal growth. Together, we can explore your strengths, set meaningful goals, and work toward creating positive and lasting change in your life.
I believe that no two individuals are the same, and therapy should reflect that. My approach is highly personalized, ensuring each person feels seen, heard, and supported in a way that aligns with their unique needs and goals. I work collaboratively with clients, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods to address both short-term challenges and long-term growth, always aiming for the best possible outcomes.
Throughout my personal and professional life, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds with unique experiences. Primarily working with individuals between the ages of 12-25, couples and neurodivergent individuals, I have been able to develop a holistic approach which emphasizes personal and emotional growth while focusing on lasting results.
