I am here to support and witness you choose your authentic self. Perhaps you’re a seasoned version of yourself or transitioning into who you’re meant to be. Whoever you are, I invite you to show up knowing that my space is a non judgemental, respectful, and safe container for your experience. I welcome you to be as ‘messy’ as you need to be.
I’m passionate about providing tangible tools that allow you to lean into your harmony. There is no one-size-fits-all for healing, and as we get to know each other, I will shift our approach to meet your presenting needs. I believe that you are the expert in your own journey and my role is to help you tap into your own innate wisdom.
I work with clients experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, life-transitions (eg. new parents, moving to a new town), self-esteem, perfectionism, emotional regulation, suicidal ideation, and negative self-talk.
I work from a client-centred, feminist, and anti-oppressive lens.
My theoretical approach is an eclectic mix of Internal Family Systems (IFS) partswork, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centred Therapy.
