As a counsellor, I believe that the personal is political - and it is important to meet you where you are at within the environment you live within.
With over a decade of experience in housing and harm reduction prior to moving into private practice, I bring a strong social justice lens to her work and values the relationship between individual wellbeing and community.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy, integrating somatic, response-based, and trauma-informed approaches to support clients in building insight, skills, and meaningful change. My goal is to help clients better understand their mental health, strengthen coping strategies, and create connections between their personal experiences and broader life contexts.
I provide a compassionate space to meet you where you are at with non-judgement, curiosity, and a focus on creating meaningful change.
I am called to support people navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, and those who wish to develop self-love and self-confidence.
