You may be facing a challenge and feeling uncertain about how to move forward. Perhaps you feel caught in cycles of worry or stress, or you have noticed patterns that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself.
Part of you may be ready to slow down, turn inward, and create meaningful change. This can feel like a great deal to carry, especially when you have been holding it alone. You do not have to move through it by yourself.
I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, women’s issues, cultural pressures, interpersonal challenges, family dysfunction, and life transitions. My experience supporting women affected by homelessness, bullying, and difficult family dynamics has shaped my understanding of complex life experiences.
As a South Asian therapist and former teacher, I bring cultural responsiveness, emotional attunement, and warmth to my work. My goal is to help you feel understood, encouraged, and supported as you reconnect with your strengths and move toward greater ease.
Warm · Attentive · Encouraging · Compassionate · Culturally responsive
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, grounded, and collaborative. Depending on your goals, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I believe in your capacity for healing, growth, and change. Together, we can make space for your thoughts and emotions, explore the patterns and meanings behind them, and build greater awareness, connection, and self-compassion.
Our work will be guided by what matters most to you and adapted to your individual needs and experiences.
Tuesday and Thursday: 11 AM–6 PM ET
I enjoy walking in nature and pausing to notice the birds and trees around me. I also appreciate life’s small and simple moments, such as savouring a warm cup of tea.
