Hello, I'm Rada

I believe we are often far more resourceful, resilient, and adaptable than our circumstances make us feel. My goal is to help you reconnect with those strengths while developing new skills for navigating adversity.

I bring experience in employment counselling, teaching, and emotional intelligence coaching. Through this work, I have seen how easily people can lose sight of their own capacity when life becomes difficult or when their sense of self feels tied to the roles they inhabit.

My own experiences with life’s curveballs and personal growth have shown me how much can shift when we begin looking at ourselves and our circumstances through a different lens. Reaching out for help can be a courageous step, and I would be honoured to support you as you move toward a life that feels more balanced and centred around your wellbeing.

I welcome anyone who feels aligned with my approach.

In our work together, clients experience me as

Warm · Curious · Accepting · Encouraging · Collaborative

My therapeutic approach

My approach is person-centred and eclectic, drawing from narrative, systemic, and acceptance-based perspectives, among others.
I aim to create a warm and collaborative environment where you feel accepted and supported. Rather than focusing only on the immediate concern, we may also explore the patterns, relationships, roles, and beliefs that shape how you experience yourself and move through the world.

Together, we can identify the strengths you already carry, develop new insight, and find practical ways to approach life with greater clarity and confidence.

Working with me, you would learn to:

  • Recognize your strengths, resilience, and adaptability
  • Gain insight into the patterns shaping your experiences
  • Explore how roles and relationships influence your sense of self
  • Approach challenges from new perspectives
  • Develop greater emotional awareness
  • Move forward with more clarity and confidence
  • Feel a little less weight on your shoulders

Training & professional development

  • Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, in progress
  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a counselling minor
  • Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner
  • Mental Health First Aid

Availability

Monday to Friday: 6 AM–8 AM and 10 AM–2 PM PT

Fun Facts

In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, skiing during the winter, and, most recently, padel.
